Duo CPD Course: Y4 Repetition in Shapes – Using Pictoblox AI- Discover the beauty of pattern through code!
This hands-on training session introduces Year 4 teachers to the “Repetition in Shapes” unit from the Teach Computing curriculum. Learn how to use Pictoblox AI to explore repetition and pattern, helping pupils create geometric designs and build their coding skills. Teachers will leave with the confidence to deliver exciting lessons that combine maths, art, and computing.

● Understand how repetition is used in programming
● Learn how to use loops to simplify code and create patterns

Who is it for?
Primary teachers wishing to deepen their understanding of programming concepts and effectively deliver the Year 4 “Repetition in Shapes” unit from the Teach Computing framework. Charge:
This course is part of the CPD programme for schools in the ICT in Schools Service Offer and is free of charge to those schools. For all other schools, the charge is £40.00 + VAT.
SPECIAL OFFER
After attending a DUO course each attendee will be eligible for a reduced cost half day, taught session on Repetition in Shapes/Pictoblox AI either at The Word or in school.
The session will use 30 points of your allocation instead of 60.
Staff can only attend the Duo Course once to benefit from the reduced points charge.
